lyrics
Don’t go changing everything you know
Some things take some time before they grow
And all the thoughts that bring you down
Won’t always be there with you now
And I’ve been making changes every day
To show you that I am not just what they say
And I won’t try to understand
The way you feel inside your head
This time
Until I’m back into your arms
Until I’m back into your arms
You know I’d never do you wrong
Until I’m back into your arms
Don’t go changing everything you know
I’m done losing every time you go
From all the ways you make me feel
To the lengths you go to not be near
Seasons change and everything’s the same
And I don’t know if there’s an easy way
Still driving down old avenues
Still seeing all those things in you
It’s hard
Until I’m back into your arms
Until I’m back into your arms
You know I’d never do you wrong
Until I’m back into your arms
Give me a reason
Give me a reason to leave
Fall into pieces
Fall through the cracks in your sleep
A love that’s indecent
Love you completely madly
Don’t need a reason
Don’t need a reason from me
Don’t need a reason from me
Don’t need a reason from me
Don’t need a reason from me
Don’t need a reason from me

The backing tracks on this album have seen serious improvement since Hatchie's debut, and the tracks have more variety. I'm not sure if there's been much improvement on the vocals, but overall this is a better (and longer!) showing from this artist. CyanStrawberry

Hard Rock is my heart, Synthwave is my soul. Keepsake was a great addition to my musical tastes and collection; Now comes... Giving The World Away. By far my favorite track is "Take My Hand." It definitely resonates '80s and one band in particular... The Cure. If only Robert Smith would listen to this; I could only imagine what a collaborative effort between the two would possibly sound like.
Bravo Hatchie. Sylentwolf
L.A.’s No Swoon offer dazzling dreampop on this, their debut album, with feather-light melodies drifting over rolling guitars. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 9, 2022
The excellent new LP from Seattle’s Fotoform pairs the moodiness of goth with drifting dream pop melodies, resulting in bewitching songs. Bandcamp New & Notable Oct 18, 2021
"Flower Of Life" yanks riot grrrl south through the unmistakable garage psych sound indispensable to the last 20-odd years of rock music out of Los Angeles. Bandcamp Album of the Day Mar 2, 2023
